Briefing Project details, possible solutions, time and budget considerations are discussed and submitted in the form of a purchase order.
Research A list of design objectives is created from analysing client objectives, and research into target markets and competitors is carried out.
Exploration A number of design solutions are presented and discussed.
Refinement The preferred concept is tweaked and refined after initial feedback and market testing. This step may be repeated once or twice, to ensure client satisfaction.
Implementation All of the I's are dotted, T's crossed, words spell-checked, content proof-read and colours corrected. The artwork is delivered. All projects are archived and can easily be updated or resupplied.
